Frogus your being very unfair on fragmo.

Although the author does update the program and has provided many updates over the years, he does not have to do this. What you have to take into consideration, is the rediculous low cost of fragmotion, and the fantastic quality of a program it is.

I rate fragmotion highly even above many of the high cost commercial products.  Its vertice weighting, selection tools etc are fantastic.
Within 30minuted or less i can have a character rigged, weighted and either ready for animating, or applying motion capture data.

Also the fact that you can use a script system to increment an ammount globally on animation data is outstanding, and saves literally days of messing with motion capture data to get the result i require.

Please be fair with fragmo, this guy brought us this amazing program.

Also possibily he has work and family committments outside of the world of'fragmotion'.  Sometimes we all forget this.....

My hat goes off to fragmo and the work he has done here.

Hi Pelgar,

Any news of  your tutorial?
(Although arteria has made one, I would like to see how you use frag)

Thanks in advance

Hi Sammy,
I have not finished the tutor yet but have uploaded what I have so far. I just placed a link in the tutor section of the forum. I hope you find it helpful.

Hi,

Fragmotion is one of the easiest 3d creation tools I have found, boasting an easy to use interface and a great animation system
and i'm currently using it to animate my 3d characters, I was using Milkshape before and animating in there is tricky to say the least.

i'm glad I found fragmtion and glad to hear that it is not DEAD!

Keep it up fragmo! Smiley
