Uptodate tutorials

I have just got FragMOTION, I have gone through the documentation, but I find the docs. not very helpfull, it goes into a lot of explanation of what the items do but there is no real tutorials. I downloaded the tutorials from Dr Nemisis but they are for an older version.

Does anyone know where I can get some good basic tutorials that not only tell me what everything does but why you would use it, and to actually do some basic projects, especially for the thick head like me.?
