IFragHitTest
« on: January 12, 2010, 07:50:37 AM »

Hey there... I am working on implementing a variation of bone heat for automatic vertex assignment and have run into a little snag:

In short, I need to be able to determine if a box is inside the mesh ( or colliding with the mesh),or if it is completly outside the mesh...

The various methods of IFragHitTest... (maybe HitTestFaceBox) sound like they should do the job... but the docs dont really give me any idea on how to use them..

Can you please proivide an example that would check a box against a mesh as described above?

Thanks!
