How to manipulate with imported model?
« on: October 13, 2006, 05:49:17 AM »

Hello there,

I have downloaded the FragmoTion soft, and imported the 3D model in .*x format, which has been created and exported by 3ds max. So, my problem is, i can't manipulate with the model in the FragmoSoft, i.e., if I selected the mesh and use the 90 angle to rotate by X, it doesn't work. Where is the problem? Sad

@#!%$  Angry   That's a bug.  Looks like Rotate and Scale don't work when using the Invoke button.  As a work around you can use the Rotate Mesh and Scale Mesh tools located in the Mesh folder in the tools pane.  If you're trying to rotate both mesh and skeleton you'll also need to use the Rotate Object tool in the bone folder.

Or if you're rotating the entire mesh just use the Rotate All tool which seems to work ok.

So I use the tools from Transform menu. I set the Angle of X to 90, and then pressed the Invoke button, but nothing to be changed.
