Painting the backfaces.
« on: March 25, 2011, 11:31:20 AM »

When I paint my models they look fairly decent.  I noticed that when I create an object (like a DVD player), it paints the outside of the object.  When I import in game, it sometimes has a shimmer.  I think it is because the backfaces are not painted.  I can go inside the model in 3d view and paint the backfaces, but is there a way to select an option to paint the backfaces while I paint the front of the basic models.

I know there is a select backface option, does that work with paint?  Thx.

Might be easier to delete the backfaces if they're inside the model where they won't be seen.  There is no option to paint the back of a face with the paint tool.
