MoCap bone transformations

I have 3 commonly used MoCap HW devices.
2 magnetic and one optical.

I'd like to have a plugin that reads the 6DOF info from the MoCap sensors and applies these transforms to the bones in my model.
This sure would make animating my characters a lot more realistic and easier.
I'd be willing to write the plugin if I could get more info on how to do it?

There are some samples in the v1.1.6 download in the fragmotion/SDK folder.  Information regarding the COM interfaces and structures used can be found here http://www.fragmosoft.com/fragMOTION/Help/SDK/FRAGMOTIONLib.html
